1. Code validity

The 10API code is valid for an indefinite period.
The campaign may be adjusted or terminated without prior notice.

2. Discount application

The code grants 10% off the total booking amount.
The discount is automatically applied when entering the code at the time of booking.

It cannot be combined with other promotions, codes, or offers.

3. Availability

The offer is subject to apartment availability on the requested dates.
Reservations are confirmed in the order they are received.

4. Cancellation and modification policy

The usual accommodation conditions apply:

• Cancellation policy according to the selected rate
• Possibility of modifications subject to availability and current conditions at the time of request

5. Additional information

The discount applies only to bookings made directly through the official website.
The campaign may be adjusted in case of evident system errors or incorrect availability information.
