Yes. Bed and bath linen are replaced every 3 days.

Yes. The apartment has a kitchenette that is very well equipped so you can cook and have meals in the apartment, if you wish.

Entrance to the apartments is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Departure must be made by 12pm on the last day of departure.

Yes. Internet is included in the accommodation rental price. The building is equipped with WIFI for Ajuda Palace Inn guests. The network and password will be provided to you on site.

No. The building does not have an elevator and therefore we advise that guests who want to book an apartment at Ajuda Palace Inn but are limited in terms of mobility, try to book the Apartments for 3 guests, as they are located on the 0th floor of the building.

No. Although we really like pets at the moment, their presence is not allowed as a way of avoiding embarrassment.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and building. There is a terrace area that is common to all guests and smoking is also prohibited in this area.

All apartments are equipped with a Smart TV in the living room. With a Smart TV, entertainment is always at your disposal, providing moments of fun and relaxation for all our guests.

The cancellation conditions are those stated in each tariff. When it says “If canceled up to n days before arrival date”, the time considered will be 00:00 on the arrival date.

Example: If the reservation has the entry date of the 10th and the deadline is two days before arrival, cancellation free of charge must be made by 11:59 pm on the 7th. The refund of any amount paid will always be made through the form of payment that is used.

Yes. The Ajuda Palace Inn is located in the Ajuda neighborhood in Lisbon, next to the Ajuda Palace Inn. The metro line does not yet pass through this area of ​​Lisbon, however there are several buses. There is also the Belém train station, which is approximately 1.1km away. This area of ​​Lisbon is also very frequented by taxis and other transport vehicles using applications such as UBER or BOLT. If you want to rent a car, there is plenty of free parking near the Ajuda Palace Inn.

Lisbon International Airport is approximately 12 km away from our apartment building. We recommend that you make this trip by car, as it is much faster. The journey by car, even during times of heaviest traffic, takes no more than 30 minutes.

Of course! Next to the Ajuda Palace Inn, there is the Ajuda Palace (literally next door) and the Treasury Museum, just by crossing the road. Still in the Ajuda neighborhood, you can visit the Botanical Garden, Tapada da Ajuda and Ega Palace, among others. For walking lovers, we suggest going down the Ajuda sidewalk towards the river to visit monuments such as the Coach Museum, Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Cultural Center, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and Belém Tower.

Of course! On the Ajuda sidewalk, about 300m away, there are several restaurants. Regarding supermarkets and grocery stores, there are several spread throughout the Ajuda neighborhood.

One of them is the Monsanto forest. If you love walking or jogging, you can take a walk to Monsanto. If you are a fan or curious about racket sports, we recommend Boa Hora Tennis & Padel where you can rent a tennis court or padel court.
